Hygiene and Intimate Apparel Policy

For hygiene and health protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned and are considered final sale once the protective seal or hygiene strip has been removed, or the item has been tried on:

• Briefs, boxers, knickers, and thongs
• Bodysuits and swimwear
• Any intimate apparel that comes into direct contact with the skin

This policy is in accordance with UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), which allows retailers to exclude returns of intimate hygiene products once the seal has been broken.

Items in their original, sealed packaging with tags attached may be eligible for return within our standard 30-day return window.

Standard Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hola@intimo-uk.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at hola@intimo-uk.co.uk.
